Why Do a Property Valuation?
A professional property valuation helps you know the true market value of your property — not just an estimate. Valuations are done for the following purposes:

Our Valuation Process
1. Quotation Request
The client provides us with basic details — plot size, location, and information about any developments on the property.
2. Quotation Preparation
Based on that information, we prepare and share a quotation for the valuation service.
3. Valuation Request Form
Once the client is ready to proceed, we send a Valuation Request Form. This form acts as our KYC document and also includes our valuation tariff showing how charges are calculated.
4. Deposit Payment
The client pays a P1,000 deposit to confirm the booking.
5. Property Inspection
Our valuation team visits the site for a physical inspection of the property.
6. Report Preparation
The valuation report is completed within 2 working days after the inspection.
Documents Required
To begin your valuation, you need the following:
- Plot size
- Location of property
- Details of any developments (e.g., buildings, structures, improvements)
- Proof of property rights — either Title Deed or Certificate of Rights
